Originally designed in 1959, the X table represents the pinnacle of Hvidt & Mølgaard's creative collaboration. Revived from the family archives, the table takes its unique design from ancient Egyptian folding chairs. The X table is based on the same principles as the X chair, to which it was originally designed as a complement, and is characterized by the same angled frame and sophisticated use of material.
