The frame creates a volume of colored light that interacts with the mirror surface at the bottom and with the incisions on the transparent front that extract the light. In a play of reflections, the space is no longer one, but becomes multiple or simply different, an illusory perception of reality that takes you to a new place, altrove (literally: elsewhere).
