Behind the Finnish label Secto Design there are not only two related souls, but also a lot of respect for northern wood and clear Scandinavian design. Tuula Jusélius, the founder, and Seppo Koho, the designer, started their cooperation by designing and manufacturing innovative wooden furniture. However, they quickly realised that their customers were missing a crucial piece of the puzzle: a beautiful wooden lamp.
That was the birth of the lamp series, to which the wall lamp Owalo also belongs. It is an elegant but warm-hearted luminaire that is perfect as a night light or as an accent in the living room. The lamp shade made of compression-moulded birch sits firmly on the wall and diffuses the warm light both upwards and downwards.
Each lamp is handmade in Finland with great care and craftsmanship.
