Alambicco is a modular light fixture that showcases the beauty of hand-blown glass, using transparency and texture to shape and diffuse the light. At its core is an extruded aluminum structure with LED circuits on four opposite sides—this is the technological core around which the various layers are built. The first layer consists of a knurled glass cylinder that refracts the view of the internal components without completely concealing them, thus providing soft, glare-free light. Above this are transparent diffusers with rounded shapes, enhanced by artisanal craftsmanship inspired by the traditional Balloton technique.
