Pendelleuchte FJ Elements von Louis Poulsen

This lamp design is one of the few that Finn Juhl (1912-1989), one of Denmark's most renowned architects, ever designed. Originally designed in 1963, the pendant and table lamp was reissued in 2025 as FJ Elements, including the original two-tone gray version. The name of the lamp comes from Finn Juhl's hand sketches, in which he described it as consisting of "elements". These early drawings document the shape, proportions and concept for an entire series of luminaires and also provide information about the overall design. While the materials and geometric lines of the FJ Elements design are captivating in their simplicity, the playful creativity is evident in the way the upper shade can be rotated around the lower shade. This function allows you to control the direction of the light in different ways and change the appearance of the lamp at the same time.
