Karakter x Cassina

The Danish label Karakter, founded in 2017 by Christian Elving and Kim Mekawi, is known for striking, distinctive designs with an international flair—uncompromising in their design and created to stand the test of time. The collection is underpinned by collaborations with renowned designers such as Achille Castiglioni, Joe Colombo, Angelo Mangiarotti, and Afra and Tobia Scarpa. In 2025, Karakter will become part of the Cassina world with an extensive collection. New additions include the Rundet Chair by PlueerSmitt, the reissued Regal Trio, new upholstery options for the Scarpa 925 and 121, and the Tsé porcelain series by Pili Wu.
