In 2020, designer Tom Chung and Petite Friture released the Fromme chair. The design brief behind the chairs was to harness the streamlined curve and technical properties of racing bicycles to create an ultra-light, comfortable seat.

A year later, the Fromme collection is now joined by two tables and three aluminium seats, including the Fromme stool. Durable and lightweight, designed with indoor and outdoor use in mind, this unique stool is available in black, blue, mint green, coral, and red brown, for bold, original compositions.

Like all Fromme seats, this unique design draws on the ergonomics of racing bicycles seats. A metal stool that is just as suitable indoors as it is outside in the garden. Practical to use, it can be stacked 6-high.

As with the rest of the Fromme collection, this metal stool is made of easily recyclable materials – aluminium – and reflects Petite Friture's on-going approach sustainable design.

The weather resistant aluminium has been treated with a UV-resistant VOC-free powder coat suited to outdoor use. The Fromme stool is extremely versatile and designed to last. As shown by its 5-year guarantee.
