The 'Wishbone Chair' is one of the most iconic and most celebrated designs by Danish designer Hans J. Wegner. Quite rightly so, in my opinion. A light-looking, beautiful and above all comfortable chair with the characteristic Ypsilon in the backrest.
With its simple design and clear lines, the chair is a prime example of the highest craftsmanship. Its understated appearance belies the fact that 100 individual steps are required to manufacture the chair. The hand-woven seat alone is made from 120 meters of paper cord, while the frame and backrest are made from natural wood.
Choose which version suits you best. There are four different oak versions with natural-colored paper cord to choose from.
