Solid exterior walls, triple-glazed wood/metal windows, underfloor heating with an air-to-water heat pump, a seamless terrazzo floor and selected materials such as French mosaic tiles in the wet rooms ensure quality, durability and style. Security has also been considered: a certified alarm system with motion detectors has already been installed.

The Wohlen penthouse offers around 162 m² of living space and 110 m² of terrace space over three floors. The heart of the house is the spacious living/dining area with a room height of 3.15 m and direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace. Large window fronts create flowing transitions between inside and outside - light, air and far-reaching views included.

Sun-drenched from morning to night, it offers space for breakfast outdoors, relaxing afternoons in the lounge or convivial evenings with friends.
