A particularly successful example of this type of collaboration is the project with EMA House Serviced Apartments in cooperation with Jan, our furnishing consultant and studio manager in Zurich. Here, we were able to make full use of our expertise and not only enhance the rooms visually, but also make them functional and comfortable thanks to a well thought-out concept and careful furniture selection.

Every successful project begins with a clear vision. For EMA House, we initially developed two different design concepts that emphasize the character of the serviced apartments while taking into account the diverse expectations of the guests. Our task was to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere - a "home away from home" feeling that guests will remember.

Both concepts differed in terms of color scheme and choice of materials and created different moods. This concept phase is crucial as it lays the foundation for the entire project. In close consultation with the client, we were able to take individual wishes and requirements into account and create a tailor-made design.

The idea behind this concept was to create an atmosphere of natural elegance and lightness. Light oak wood forms the basis and gives the rooms a warm, inviting aura. Green tones were combined to bring freshness and vitality to the room, while soft materials in airy white tones create a harmonious and calming effect. Subtle accents in the design create subtle highlights that round off the overall picture and give the room a pleasant balance of naturalness and modern elegance.

This concept aims to create a warm, urban atmosphere that is both modern and inviting. Warm orange tones and earthy reds form the basis and convey a sense of security and depth. These are complemented by black metal elements that give the room an industrial character. Yellow highlights set specific color accents and provide lively contrasts, creating a harmonious interplay of warmth, modernity and stylish tension.

The decision on the preferred concept marked the start of the exciting implementation phase. As the partner for the furnishings, it was our job to select the right furniture to bring the concept to life. It was very important to us that the furniture was not only aesthetically pleasing, but also practical and durable - qualities that are crucial in serviced apartments.

By choosing stylish and functional furniture, we were able to design the apartments to provide maximum comfort for guests. The furniture we selected at Mooris harmonizes perfectly with the color scheme and overall design, creating a cohesive and inviting living environment.
